Guitarist James Gabriano To Headline RBFCU Star-Spangled Salsa Fest
The RBFCU Star-Spangled Salsa Fest is excited to announce James Gabriano as our festival’s featured entertainer. With his fiery Latin rhythms, Gabriano’s music provides the heel stomping beats for an afternoon of Independence Day salsa sampling, whether food or dance.
For over the past 25 years James has performed thousands of private events such as corporate parties, weddings, grand openings, birthdays, Jazz festivals and Christmas parties. He performs solo but also works with other amazing musicians in duo, trio, and quartet.
James has had the privilege to open for: Ottmar Liebert, Larry Carlton, Chuck Mangione, Keiko Matsui, Gino Vannelli and David Benoit to name a few.
James has performed for Aretha Franklin, Kenny G, George Lopez, Lisa Loeb, Ross Perot, Norman Brinker, Jerry Jones, Roger Staubach, Mike Modano and Tony Romo.
In addition to events, his love of music has brought him to The Guitar Sanctuary, where he teaches private lessons and works in the DFW community.
The RBFCU Star-Spangled Salsa Fest takes place Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Chestnut Square Historic Village, 315 S. Chestnut St. The festival starts at 11 a.m., immediately following the City of McKinney Red, White & BOOM parade on the square, and runs until 4 p.m. This charitable event benefits Community Garden Kitchen of Collin County, and is brought to us through the generous support of our title sponsor, RBFCU, as well as, McKinney Community Development Corporation, and McKinney Convention and Visitors Bureau.
